This blog is devoted to finding millionaires, billionaires and rich people who give money away. However, from time to time I get emails from readers asking me if I know of ways to make money really fast. Due to reader demand I decided to write a series of blog posts titled I Need Money Right Now, this is the seventh installment. The posts in these series offer ideas to individuals and households who want to supplement their income. These money making ideas are simple and quick which means anyone can do it if they put their mind to it.

I Need Money Right Now

Compared to a decade ago more vehicles are on the road. A typical family now has 2 vehicles in their household, most of these vehicles are clustered around the city which means that there is a huge demand for parking space. Other factors such as grand theft auto have left motorists demanding better parking facilities for their cars. With demand so high motorists are now willing to pay a premium to park their car in a safe neighborhood.

Make Money Quickly Renting Parking Space

If you're desperately in need of money and have a parking space available you should entertain the idea of renting the space out. If you live in a safe neighborhood which is very close to the city center you will find that there is incredible demand. If you have a garage you will be able to charge even more.

If you need money right now you should put an advertisement on the internet offering your parking space for a reasonable rate. Depending on where you live you could charge anything between $10 and $50 per day. You can charge a higher premium if you're near the city center living in a safe neighborhood with a secure alarmed garage.

If you're not near the city center you could put an advertisement in the local paper or distribute leaflets in your community advertising your parking space. If households have more than one car there is a possibility that they might want to use other peoples parking space rather than parking off road.

Renting your parking space is a great way to earn additional income. If you parking space this is in demand you could make regular monthly income that could supplement your earnings. The key is marketing your parking space effectively so you can reach as many people as possible.
